Googlil respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This page explains how to report material on Googlil that you believe infringes your copyright, including notices submitted in a form similar to a U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice where that law is applicable.
Before Sending a Notice
Please make sure you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder. Consider whether the use you are reporting may be authorised by licence, quotation rights, fair use, fair dealing or another legal exception.
What to Include in a Copyright Notice
To help us review a complaint efficiently, include:
- Your full name and a reliable way to contact you.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material you believe has been infringed.
- The exact Googlil URL where the material appears and enough detail to locate it.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How We Review Notices
We may request additional information, remove or restrict access to material, correct attribution, contact a contributor or decline a notice that is incomplete, clearly mistaken or does not provide enough information to identify the material.
Counter-Notices and Disputes
If material you submitted is removed following a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, contact us with the relevant URL and supporting information. Where a formal statutory counter-notice process applies, additional legal requirements may apply to that process.
False or Abusive Notices
Do not knowingly submit false statements or use the copyright process to remove lawful criticism, competition or material you do not own. Copyright claims can have legal consequences.
Contact for Copyright Notices
Send copyright notices through the Googlil Contact page or email jaddi1240@gmail.com with a clear subject such as “Copyright Notice”. This page does not state or imply that Googlil has appointed a registered DMCA agent in any jurisdiction unless such registration is separately completed.
